Facility Management Services

With our bespoke packages, we are able to provide all properties under our management. Annual Maintenance Contracts, Preventative Maintenance Contracts, full building maintenance packages, fire and safety, pest controls, security guards, receptionist and even cleaners.

 

Facility Management

  • Provide all management and operational services for the building, common areas and facilities.
  • Work closely with the HOA management and follow their requests, instructions and Directions.
  • Provide security and reception services for the building on 24-hour basis at all year Round.
  • Supervise day to day operational work in the property by an assigned Property manager & supervisor.
  • Routine visits of the property by head of the department to make sure the entire Operation is in order.
  • Attend daily maintenance complaints (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, Painting etc.) for Common areas.
  • Attend to all emergency complaints for common areas and residence services and Provide the necessary service as and when required.
  • Get necessary approvals from the HOA for all required maintenance work Expenses.
  • Procure required material for daily maintenance for common area with competitive Rates.
  • Carry out routine thorough checks and maintenance of plumbing, electric,Water pumps, water tanks, drainage system for the building and common Areas, and provide regular reports to HOA.
  • Keep a log for complaints and work history for the building.
  • Assessment of service feedback from the residents.
  • Comply with standard safety measures for residents, visitors, Contractors and sub- contractors.
  • Monitor the tenant's activities and ensure that all the residents comply with Rules & regulations of the building.
  • Establish communication with owners and residents as and when required for operational and information notifications.
  • Obtain quotations for required works if any from suitable vendors to get best Prices and quality, and present the recommended offers to HOA.
